MUEGGE FARMS METROPOLITAN DISTRICT NO. 4 CALL FOR NOMINATIONS

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN, and particularly to the electors of the Muegge Farms Metropolitan District No. 4 of Adams County, Colorado.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Section 1-13.5-501, C.R.S., that an election will be held on May 6, 2025, between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. At that time three (3) Directors will be elected to serve a 2-year terms to May 4, 2027 and two (2) Directors will be elected to serve 4-year terms to May 1, 2029.

Self-Nomination and Acceptance Forms are available and can be obtained from Kurt C. Schlegel, the Designated Election Official for the Muegge Farms Metropolitan District No. 4, c/o Kurt C. Schlegel at Special District Solutions, Inc., 2370 Antelope Ridge Trail, Parker, CO 80138, (303) 662-1999 x-1 and on the District’s website at https://www.mueggefarmsmd.org/ or from kurt@SpecialDistrictSolutions.com.

The Self-Nomination and Acceptance Form is to be submitted to the Designated Election Official no later than 5:00 p.m. Mountain Time on February 28, 2025, sixty-seven (67) days prior to the regular election. Affidavits of Intent to be a Write-In Candidate must be submitted to the Designated Election Official by 5:00 p.m. Mountain Time on March 3, 2025, sixty-four (64) days prior to the regular election.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN, pursuant to Section 1-13.5-1002, C.R.S., that applications for and return of absentee voters’ ballots may be obtained from and filed with Kurt C. Schlegel, the Designated Election Official of the District, c/o Kurt C. Schlegel at Special District Solutions, Inc., 2370 Antelope Ridge Trail, Parker, CO 80138, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., until the close of business on the Tuesday immediately preceding the election (Tuesday, April 29, 2025).

A QUIEN CORRESPONDA, y particularmente a los electores del Distrito Metropolitano No. 4 de Muegge Farms del Condado de Adams, Colorado.
POR LA PRESENTE SE NOTIFICA de conformidad con la Sección 1-13.5-501, C.R.S., que se llevará a cabo una elección el 6 de mayo de 2025, entre las 7:00 a.m. y las 7:00 p.m. En ese momento, se elegirán tres (3) directores para cumplir un mandato de 2 años hasta el 4 de mayo de 2027 y dos (2) directores serán elegidos para cumplir un mandato de 4 años hasta el 1 de mayo de 2029.

For the 2025 budget year the Assessed Valuation of properties in the District is $5,140. The District has certified the following levies on taxable property within the boundaries of the District:

• 70.396 mills for District Operations and Maintenance resulting in $362 in property tax  revenues collected in 2025
